The accommodation is on the first level and access is via a short flight of steps leading into the hall area. The well equipped kitchen area is fresh and open and every effort has been made to include most of the items you would have at home. The dining table seats four.

 

The sitting room is  decorated in a mix of earth tones, accented by warm blue hues. It has a  cosy feel thanks to the open log fire. There is also a TV, DVD player and CD/radio to equip you for any evening by the fire, with fine views across the surrounding countryside from the window.

 

The accommodation consists of a long hallway off which are situated the loo, separate walk in shower room, and the two bedrooms.

 

We offer a  the twin bedroom which is decorated in a blue and cream theme and the double bedroom  next door  has restful blue tones with complimentary cream accessories.

To the rear of the property is a private and secluded garden with far reaching views of the hills. garden table and chairs are also provided.

 

All bed linen and towels are provided and all heating/lighting costs are included in the price . 

 

Smoking is NOT permitted in The Hay Barn in the interest of other guests and for safety reasons.

 

Bookings are from a Thursday to a Thursday and access to the property is after 2.00pm on your day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.00am on your day of departure to allow time to prepare for next guests. Thank you very much.

 

We allow well behaved dogs, by prior arrangement only at an extra £5 per day.
