The accommodation is on the first level and access is via a short flight of steps leading into the hall area. The kitchen  has been recently replaced  and has  new oven, fridge with small freezer compartment,,dishwasher, and microwave. There is a dining table to seat four with  a wonderful  view  of Wetton Hill from the window.

 

The  sitting room has comfy chairs ,a log burning stove with logs supplied, a  TV with Amazon fire stiick , DVD player and amazon echo to listen to your favourite music .. Beautiful countryside views from the window. 

 

The accommodation consists of a long hallway off which are situated the toilet, separate walk in shower room, and the two bedrooms.

 

We have a  twin bedroom which can be made into a large double (please request before your stay)  and a double bedroom which is large enough to accommodate a cot if needed.

To the rear of the property is a private and secluded garden with far reaching views of the hills. garden table and chairs are also provided. This garden is fenced and gated so safe for dogs.

 

All bed linen and towels are provided and all heating/lighting costs are included in the price . 

 

Smoking  or vaping are  NOT permitted in The Hay Barn in the interest of other guests and for safety reasons.

 

Stays can begin and end any day of the week . We accept booking lengths from 2 to 30 days. Arrival is from 3pm ( earlier on request)  departure by 10.00am to allow time to prepare for the next guests.

We are very happy to accept dogs . maximum 2 medium size dogs .
